Privacy Policy

For the website twinroutine.com. Last updated: 25 July 2026.

This page explains what happens to your data when you visit twinroutine.com. The short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and asks you for nothing.

Who is responsible

This website is run by Stefano Gargioli, who is the data controller. You can reach me at hello@twinroutine.com for anything on this page, including a request to exercise your rights.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies at all. Not essential ones, not analytics ones, not advertising ones. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. Nothing is written to your browser's storage by this site.

Analytics and tracking

There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no heatmap tool, no A/B testing script and no advertising tag on this site. Your visit is not profiled and no advertising identifier is built from it.

Data you send without meaning to

Like every website on the internet, this one is delivered by a hosting provider (Aruba S.p.A.), whose servers keep technical log files for security and diagnostics. Those logs can contain:

An IP address counts as personal data under the GDPR, which is why it is listed here. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): keeping the site online, secure, and working. These logs are handled by the hosting provider acting as data processor, are not used to identify you, are not cross-referenced with anything, and are not used for marketing.

Forms, accounts and newsletters

There are none. This site has no contact form, no sign-up, no account, no newsletter and no comment section. If you choose to write to the email address above, I will obviously receive your message and your address, and I will use them only to answer you.

Links to other websites

The site links out to the Apple App Store and to Amazon. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's website, under their privacy policy and their cookies, not mine. I have no control over what they collect. These are plain links: this site is not part of any affiliate programme and earns no commission from them.

The TwinRoutine app is separate

This policy covers the website only. The iOS app has its own privacy policy, because it works differently: it stores what you enter on your own device, with optional syncing through your personal iCloud account, and it has no servers, no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. You can read it at twinroutine.github.io.

How long anything is kept

I keep no visitor data myself. The hosting provider's technical logs are retained for the period set by its own policy, normally a short one, and are then deleted. Emails you send me are kept for as long as needed to deal with your message.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to hello@twinroutine.com and I will respond. If you believe your data has been mishandled you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in Italy the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

Children

This site is aimed at parents, not at children, and it collects nothing from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with an updated date at the top.
